I gave 4 stars only because the delivery took longer than I expected. When I emailed customer support the response was they could not provide a date on custom orders. What I liked: the quality of the customization was good! The glove was ok. I do not anticipate these will actually be worn during a workout or fight, but more for a decoration piece. The customization was great. Their ability to use a lower quality photo vs Hi-resolution and still make a great decal was outstanding. Communication: quick responses. What I did not like: Overall glove quality. The gloves feel ok, but I worry the decals, glued or heat pressed on, would come off if used for training. (The purpose of this purchase was a gift knowing they would not be used). Recommendations: if ordering plan for greater than 3 weeks for delivery.

Even though the gloves looked well made the fit was horrible. There was no way to wear these gloves with hand wraps. If you were a 8 year old they might fit better but it would be close and these are 16oz gloves
